This Privacy Policy explains what information Pizza Virus ("we," "our," "us") collects when you use our mobile app and website, and how we use, share, and protect it.

  • Social sign-in: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
  • Delivery addresses you save, including GPS coordinates if you use the map to set your location.
  • Order history, including items ordered, delivery address used, and payment method selected.
  • Payment information: for JazzCash payments, your mobile account number is sent directly to JazzCash to process the transaction — we do not store your JazzCash PIN or full account credentials.
  • Photos you choose to attach to a review.
  • Device push-notification token, so we can notify you about your order status.
  • Loyalty points and referral code activity.

How we use this information

  • To create and manage your account, and to process and deliver your orders.
  • To send order-status notifications you've enabled.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To calculate delivery distance and estimated delivery time.
  • To operate our loyalty and referral programs.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • We do not use advertising-tracking SDKs or share your data with ad networks.

Third parties we share data with

  • JazzCash, to process wallet payments you initiate.
  • Google and/or Apple, if you choose to sign in using those providers.
  • Our delivery riders, who receive your delivery address and phone number to complete your order.

Your rights

You can review and edit your saved addresses and profile information at any time in the app. You can delete your account and associated data from the Profile screen in the app ("Delete my account").

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
